Alloga (Nederland) B.V. is seeking a CGT Solution Delivery Manager to oversee design, development and delivery of Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) solutions for pan-European clients across 3PL.

You will coordinate across in-country teams, partners, and Cencora units to ensure project success. The role requires senior experience in pharmaceutical distribution and advanced therapy logistics, with strong stakeholder management, regulatory understanding, and deal/contract coordination.

Formación

• Experience with CGT or advanced therapies logistics desirable.
• Understand CGT cold-chain and time-critical distribution.
• Ability to develop and articulate solution concepts.
• Strong analytical skills for business cases and models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop CGT service propositions for pan-European clients.
• Create solution blueprints, service descriptions, and SOPs for CGT logistics.
• Coordinate with in-country teams on regulatory readiness and feasibility.
• Assist in pricing CGT solutions for clients.
• Coordinate with operations, quality, and external partners for CGT delivery.
• Support third-party partnerships and contract alignment.
• Collaborate to leverage existing CGT infrastructure and expertise.
• Assist in onboarding CGT clients and developing playbooks.
• Prepare governance materials and support market intelligence.
