Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Catalogue & Master Data Manager Europe to join our centralized EU eCommerce team. You will own end-to-end product master data governance, ensuring SAP, EAN/GTIN and ASIN alignment across European marketplaces.

You will drive data quality, lifecycle events and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Based in Spain, this role offers exposure to a fast-growing Amazon business and opportunities to optimize product data workflows

Qualifications

3 to 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, or Product Master Data Management.
Strong understanding of product data structures, including SAP, EAN/GTIN, and ASIN management.
Experience working with PIM solutions such as Salsify, Syndigo, or equivalent platforms.
Solid knowledge of Amazon catalogue architecture, listings, variations, and product mapping.
Advanced Excel and strong data management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own and manage product catalogue data across European markets.
Ensure alignment between SAP codes, EAN/GTINs, ASINs, vendor codes, and marketplace structures.
Establish and maintain catalogue governance standards, processes, and controls.
Act as the custodian of product master data and ensure a single source of truth across systems.
Monitor catalogue quality, identifying and resolving duplicate ASINs, mapping errors, listing issues, and variation inconsistencies.
Lead catalogue execution for new product launches, reformulations, packaging changes, regulatory updates, and product discontinuations.
Ensure smooth transitions between product identifiers, listings, and stock availability.
Manage product data workflows across SAP, PIM platforms such as Salsify or Syndigo, and Amazon Vendor Central.
Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Activation and Content teams, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure catalogue readiness and business continuity.
