Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee installation work on automation and material handling projects across Europe. You will spend 70-80% of your time at customer sites, coordinating installation teams, subcontractors, engineering, logistics, commissioning and project management.

Your focus is on safety, quality and on-time delivery, with a track record of reading electrical and mechanical drawings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience supervising installation work in automation and material handling.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and technical teams on site.
• Fluent Spanish and English; ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings.
• Strong focus on safety and quality with practical on-site problem solving.
• Professional qualifications such as SMSTS, VCA/SCC, MASE, PRL, IOSH or NEBOSH are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation teams and subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical and other installation activities.
• Track progress, identify issues early and implement solutions.
• Coordinate deliveries, materials, storage and site logistics.
• Ensure safety, quality, inspections, commissioning and handover.
• Keep site records up to date and provide progress updates to the project team.
