Job summary

Schreiber Foods seeks a Quality professional to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards across European plants and suppliers through audits. You will manage complaints, support customer requirements, and work in cross-functional groups to standardize Europe-wide processes.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in a related field, 3–5 years in the food industry, and advanced English and Spanish. Travel up to 50% is required; strong communication and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the food industry.
• Foundational knowledge of food safety and quality systems, lab practices and quality improvement.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
• Good communication skills and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Schreiber internal and supplier audits.
• Monitor and follow up audit findings, including deviations and corrective actions.
• Complaint management: communicate incidents to plants and consumers, and follow up on details.
• Review and verify data for daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Analyze monthly and weekly trends to monitor quality objectives.
• Communicate with consumers to understand complaints and share analysis.
• Monthly review and categorization of complaints across Europe.
• Develop, create and improve reports and dashboards as needed.
• Participate in food safety and quality programs and monthly meetings.
