Alcoa Europe is seeking an experienced Europe Industrial Hygiene Manager to lead regional IH programs, governance and optimization across sites. You will coordinate, standardize and improve IH activities while working with site, regional and corporate stakeholders.

The role requires extensive travel across Europe, with on-site support periods, and collaboration with the Global IH Lead Team to align with Alcoa’s IH strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Chemistry or related discipline is required or equivalent.
• 15+ years in IH with 10+ years in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of European H&S regulations including REACH and exposure assessment.
• CIH or EU/local professional designation is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coordinate and standardize regional IH programs and processes.
• Support implementation of IH systems, SDS, hazard identification and exposure assessments.
• Partner with Corporate IH Manager and Health CoE to reduce adverse health outcomes.
• Drive regional and global IH goals and KPIs.
• Coach IH professionals and support capability development across Europe.
