Job summary

Revlon Corporate seeks a Catalogue & Master Data Manager Europe to join our centralized EU eCommerce team. You will govern product master data and ensure accurate catalogues across EU marketplaces, collaborating with commercial, marketing, supply chain, content, and eCommerce functions.

Responsibilities include managing SAP, EAN/GTIN, ASIN alignment, overseeing PIM platforms like Salsify or Syndigo, and driving data quality and process improvements across Amazon Vendor Central.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in eCommerce, Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, or Product Master Data Management.
• Strong understanding of SAP, EAN/GTIN, and ASIN management.
• Experience with PIM systems such as Salsify or Syndigo.
• Knowledge of Amazon catalogue architecture and mappings.
• Advanced Excel and data management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage European product catalogue data end-to-end.
• Ensure alignment between SAP codes, EAN/GTINs, ASINs and marketplace structures.
• Establish and maintain catalogue governance standards and controls.
• Act as custodian of product master data and single source of truth.
• Monitor catalogue quality and resolve duplicates, mapping errors and issues.
• Lead catalogue execution for launches, reformulations and delistings.
• Manage data workflows across SAP, PIM (Salsify/Syndigo) and Amazon Vendor Central.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Account, Activation, Content, Supply Chain, Marketing and Brand teams.
