Job summary

CHINT Group is seeking a Solutions Architect – Europe to support development and delivery of technical solutions for strategic customers and projects across Europe. The role collaborates with sales, engineering, and product teams to create competitive configurations for MV power distribution, power transformers, and data center infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of MV distribution and data center power systems.
• Experience with technical proposals and tender support.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions within area of expertise for European projects.
• Collaborate with Country Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to tailor solutions.
• Prepare technical deliverables (SLDs, specifications, equipment configs).
• Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and issue resolution.
• Provide market feedback to product management and R&D.
