A global healthcare company in Sant Cugat del Vallès is looking for a Chemical Regulatory Specialist to ensure compliance with chemical regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining SDS documentation, applying EU regulations, and supporting regulatory processes. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in chemistry, experience in the pharmaceutical industry, familiarity with REACH and GHS, and excellent communication skills. This is a permanent position with a hybrid work model.

Formación

• 2 years of related technical and/or regulatory experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Prior experience in REACH, GHS or equivalent chemical regulations highly valuable.
• Advanced level of English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain updated SDS documentation for all relevant products.
• Ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance with EU and international standards.
• Control versioning and distribution of SDSs across internal systems.
• Apply EU regulations (REACH, CLP) and global standards (GHS, OSHAS).
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on product compliance.
• Provide regulatory information to internal teams and customers.
• Draft and manage SOPs related to chemical safety and compliance.
