Bacardi Barcelona is seeking a Raw Materials Buyer to support EU procurement and drive operational excellence in Botanicals & Ingredients. Based in the Barcelona Hub, you’ll assist category managers, manage SAP master data, and steer category strategies across EU brands.

This role suits an early-career professional with strong data skills, system agility, and a desire to grow into sourcing or category management. Expect collaboration across multiple markets and fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years+ experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Experience in FMCG, F&F, or F&B is preferred.
• Proven track record in delivering procurement objectives (tenders, projects).
• Experience supporting innovation and sustainability initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Support EU-led innovation projects for Raw Materials and liquids.
• Assist Raw Materials category managers with day-to-day activities and SAP management.
• Lead the Category Management of Botanicals & Ingredients.
• Ensure pricing/data accuracy in SAP; contribute to dashboards using Excel and BI tools.
• Lead tender preparations, analysis, and recommended decisions.
• Define and drive sustainability roadmap in line with Bacardi targets.
