Amazon in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Logistics Scheduler to manage EU volume flows, collaborate with Supply Chain, Distribution Centers, and Ground Transportation teams, and ensure timely deliveries.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, process improvement, and close coordination across multiple departments to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Experience working with data and analytics.
• Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and monitor the volume flow, affecting tens of thousands of packages at EU level.
• Accountable for planning accuracy, cost and customer experience; develop best practices and standard work for the network.
• Ensure targets and service deadlines are met, according to regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with various departments, facilitating information flow between stakeholders and resolving issues.
• Conduct research into process improvements and make real-time decisions in strategic reviews.
• Maintain and report up-to-date statistics, management reports and analysis.
