• Participates in client meetings to discuss project details and search strategy.
• Provides interview coaching to candidates to improve presentation to employers.
• Collaborates with team to identify needs and evaluate recruiting solutions.
• Initiates contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
