Job summary

3000 LABORATORIOS FARMACEUTICOS ROVI, S.A. busca un/a profesional de RR.HH. para gestionar nóminas, altas, contratos y finiquitos en un contrato temporal.

Además, se encargará del control de absentismo y del horario, así como de atender consultas e incidencias de trabajadores y realizar las incorporaciones del personal.

Qualifications

• Requisitos educativos: licenciatura en Derecho laboral, RR.HH. o similar.
• Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en funciones de RR.HH. o administración de personal.

Responsibilities

• Gestión de nóminas, altas, entrega de contratos, finiquitos, seguros sociales, etc.
• Gestión del absentismo, control horario.
• Resolución de consultas e incidencias de trabajadores.

We are a Spanish pharmaceutical company engaged in the research and development, manufacturing and marketing of small molecules and biological medical products. We likewise use our sales channels to market a number of licensed pharmaceutical products, imaging contrast agents and other products for hospital use, as well as OTC pharmaceuticals. All of this is carried out through our specialized sales team formed by more than 260 people who promote the products with specialized medical professionals and in hospitals and pharmacies.

What will you do?

• Gestión de nóminas, altas, entrega de contratos, finiquitos, seguros sociales, etc.
• Gestión del absentismo, control horario.
• Resolución consultas e incidencias trabajadores.
• Realizar las incorporaciones de los trabajadores.
