We're hiring: People & Talent Lead (HR) at BNKA.

Remote (CET ±2 preferred).

About BNKA

BNKA is building a financial freedom platform that connects people across borders through stablecoins, traditional finance, and AI. We are compliance‑first, future‑driven, and operate in multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full hiring lifecycle—tech, compliance, ops, support, marketing—using data and AI.
  • Automate People Ops workflows with AI (ATS, sourcing, onboarding, performance).
  • Run People Ops across EU, UAE, and LatAm entities: contracts, contractors, payroll, and compliance.
  • Partner with leadership on org design, headcount planning, and performance culture.
  • Build global, country‑agnostic talent pipelines and raise the hiring bar.
  • Lead employee experience: onboarding, L&D, feedback loops, and rituals that reflect BNKA values.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
  • 3–7+ years in HR, People Ops, or Talent Acquisition in startups/scaleups (fintech/crypto a plus).
  • AI‑fluent: experience automating hiring/HR with ChatGPT, agents, or custom workflows.
  • Exposure to regulated environments (KYC/AML, audits, policies) or a fast learner.
  • Excellent English (Spanish/Italian/Lithuanian are a plus).
  • CET time zone friendly.
  • Global mindset, passport ready.
