Overview

Marketing Specialist – Mycointech

Location: Tarragona (hybrid mode)

Full-time

Mission

Support the marketing team in the execution and monitoring of Mycointech’s marketing action plan, with a strong focus on brand growth, visibility, and demand generation.

This person will be proactive and solution-oriented, able to combine creativity with analytical thinking, and to execute digital campaigns, content, and marketing actions that strengthen the brand’s positioning.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and follow up on the annual marketing and communication plan for the brand.
  • Manage and grow the brand’s social media channels: content planning, copywriting, community management, and performance reporting.
  • Create engaging content for different channels (website, social media, newsletters, trade fairs, promotional materials, etc.).
  • Support the management and optimization of the corporate website: content updates, basic design in WordPress or similar CMS, and user experience improvements.
  • Execute SEO (on-page/off-page) actions and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Coordinate the production of graphic, audiovisual, and written materials with agencies or external providers.
  • Assist in the organization and participation in trade shows, events, and brand presentations.
  • Monitor key marketing metrics and prepare performance reports (web traffic, campaigns, social media, ROI, etc.).
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing (direct report) to ensure brand consistency and proper implementation of the marketing plan.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an operational or digital marketing position.
  • Solid knowledge of:
  • Social media management and content creation.
  • SEO and Google Ads.
  • Design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Website management (WordPress or similar).
  • Experience in organizing corporate events or trade fairs is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English (valuable for events and international materials).
  • A dynamic, creative, and hands-on profile with strong problem-solving skills, results orientation, and sensitivity for brand image.
  • Own vehicle available.
  • Experience in the scientific sector.
