HBX Group is seeking a passionate ESG Specialist to help devise and implement sustainability initiatives, positioning the company as a leader in responsible travel. You will drive environmental and social impact, organize volunteering activities, and coordinate ESG reporting across the organization.

• Organize volunteering activities and manage relationships with NGOs in our main offices.
• Promote and manage the Corporate Volunteering Platform to encourage employee engagement.
• Support the decarbonization plan, including reducing, measuring, and reporting carbon footprint.
• Assist in maintaining the Sustainable Hotel Database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Provide support in preparing the ESG Report and coordinating the audit process.
