TecAlliance is seeking a Business Consultant to bridge business and technology in our Process Solutions area. You will help customers translate needs into practical solutions and guide them through implementation with clarity and confidence.

You will work across consulting, development, and support in an international setup, coordinating with partners and internal teams to deliver value and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Proven experience in business consulting, customer implementation, or project delivery.
• Understanding of business processes, ideally in ERP, supply chain, or integration contexts.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable, practical solutions.
• Good grasp of ERP integrations and web service knowledge (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with XML, XSD, XSLT or EDI is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers from requirements to implementation, turning needs into practical concepts.
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation projects and align customers, teams, and partners.
• Support pre-sales and delivery by clarifying scope and presenting solutions clearly.
• Help optimize order-to-invoice processes and ensure TecAlliance standards.
• Feedback customer input to product and support teams to drive improvements.
