Forterro in Barcelona is seeking a Business Process Consultant to lead ERP implementation projects (abas-ERP) with focus on Finance and Accounting modules, ensuring cost, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with analysts, trainers, and clients, deliver functional training, and benefit from onboarding and mentoring within a dynamic international team that offers flexible hours and a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Experience implementing ERP projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and principles.
• Good understanding of Spanish tax regulations, including SII, TicketBAI, VAT (Form 303), and financial reporting.
• Native or fluent Spanish and professional proficiency in English.

Your Mission
The mission of the consulting team is to deliver successful ERP projects by meeting objectives in cost, timelines, and customer satisfaction. As part of our Financial ERP Consulting team, you will be a subject matter expert in Finance and Accounting modules, implementing sustainable ERP solutions that optimize business processes and create long-term value for our clients. Through your expertise and trusted advisory approach, you will become a key partner in your clients’ digital transformation and growth.

Responsibilities

You will work on the implementation process of abas-ERP following our methodology

• Identify customer requirements (by performing a functional analysis).
• Ensure the good execution of the project (monitoring tasks).
• Develop solutions in collaboration with expert Programmers.
• Conduct training for key users.

During your first months, you will benefit from a comprehensive onboarding program that combines intensive functional training with dedicated mentoring from experienced consultants. You will also have the opportunity to shadow colleagues on customer projects, gaining hands‑on experience and accelerating your development in ERP implementation and project delivery.
