SystemsAccountants is seeking an experienced FP&A implementation consultant to join a fast-growing, product-driven software environment focused on planning, forecasting and decision-making.

You'll lead and support FP&A implementations from discovery to go-live, collaborate with international teams, and help customers optimise planning processes using platforms like Anaplan, Pigment, Vena, Jedox or Board. Barcelona relocation may be discussed.

Formación

• Experience delivering FP&A or EPM implementations.
• Exposure to planning, budgeting, forecasting processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FP&A implementation projects from discovery through go-live.
• Understand planning, forecasting and reporting requirements with customers.
• Design and configure planning solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements across Finance and Operations teams.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholders and implementation activities.
• Support change management and solution adoption.

My client is a fast-growing FP&A software company helping organisations modernise their planning, forecasting and decision-making processes.

With a growing international customer base and increasing demand across Europe, the team is expanding and looking for experienced implementation consultants who enjoy working at the intersection of Finance, Technology and Business Transformation.

The team is based in Barcelona, and relocation support can be discussed for candidates looking to move to Spain.

What will you be working on?

• Lead and support FP&A implementation projects from discovery through to go-live
• Work closely with customers to understand planning, forecasting and reporting requirements
• Design and configure planning solutions aligned to customer needs
• Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements across Finance and Operations teams
• Manage project timelines, stakeholders and implementation activities
• Support customers through change management and solution adoption
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Engineering teams
• Contribute to implementation best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

What are we looking for?

• Experience delivering implementations of planning, FP&A or EPM solutions
• Exposure to platforms such as Anaplan, Pigment, Vena, Jedox, Board or similar solutions
• Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, forecasting or performance management processes
• Experience managing projects, workstreams or customer engagements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology or a related field
