Grenergy, a Spanish multinational clean energy producer, seeks an EPC Legal Counsel to join its Pozuelo de Alarcón team. You will provide comprehensive legal advice, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic decisions in the renewables sector.

The role requires a Law Degree, 5 years in similar roles, fluent English, and strong skills in drafting, negotiation, and risk analysis. You will collaborate with multiple departments on construction and energy projects and draft and review

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive legal advice to the company, ensuring regulatory compliance and correct interpretation and application of laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Support strategic decision-making through legal risk analysis and the preparation of legal documents.
• Offer legal support in specific renewable energy projects.
• Legally advise various departments within the company.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, including construction, engineering, supply, and service contracts typical of the construction and infrastructure sector.
• Prepare legal opinions.
• Assist in contractual disputes.
