You will work with senior PMs and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction, project management or similar required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
• Support the coordination of project activities and ensure all team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and track key metrics to identify potential delays or issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and project plans.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
• Help identify and analyze project risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
• Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
• Support the onboarding of new team members and provide project-related guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve project challenges and implement solutions.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
