Tangent is expanding its network across Europe and is looking for entry-level graduates, non-graduates and career changers. The starting salary is €30-€60k plus commission, with mentoring and support through the application process.

As part of the team you’ll onboard clients, manage relationships, understand their needs, demonstrate value, drive product adoption, resolve issues and help grow accounts. No prior experience or degree is required; just a passion for Tangent’s mission to help

Responsabilidades

• Client onboarding: Guide new clients through onboarding to a smooth introduction to Tangent's services.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships as their trusted advisor.
• Understanding client needs: Proactively understand clients' objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Value demonstration: Show Tangent's value with regular updates, insights, and best-practice recommendations.
• Adoption and engagement: Drive product adoption and engagement through training and proactive communication.
• Problem solving: Identify and resolve client issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Retention and growth: Work to reduce churn and identify opportunities to expand client accounts.
• Feedback collection: Gather client feedback and share insights with product and development teams.
• Advocacy: Encourage clients to become advocates through testimonials, case studies, and referrals.
• Performance tracking: Monitor client health metrics and address potential issues to ensure success.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular client reports highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

What you’ll do:
