A global technology organization is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic sales efforts in Madrid. The role involves managing the entire customer lifecycle, from prospecting to closing, within a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in enterprise software sales, strong skills in consultative selling, and the ability to build lasting executive relationships. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding quota in enterprise software or SaaS sales.
  • Experience in selling complex solutions to large enterprise organisations.
  • Skilled in consultative, value-based selling with multi-stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and execute a territory and account strategy to drive customer acquisition.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for complex software and services deals.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities through consultative selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers and partners, including travel (up to 70%).
