Muzazco Official is looking for an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to join their team in Madrid, Spain. This role is vital in identifying, assessing, and managing risks as the company expands, ensuring compliance with European banking regulations.

Formación

The company is expanding across Europe and is looking for an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to help manage risks as the business grows.

What This Job Is About

As an Enterprise Risk Manager, your main responsibility is to help Monzo identify, assess, monitor, and manage risks across the business.

You will work with different departments to ensure the company grows safely, follows regulations, and has strong risk management processes in place.

Risk Management

• Work with different teams to ensure risk management is part of everyday operations.
• Help identify new and existing risks across the business.
• Maintain risk registers and risk records.
• Review and assess how important different risks are.

Risk Governance

• Support the company's risk management framework and policies.
• Help prepare risk reports for senior management and board members.
• Support governance committees and ensure proper documentation and follow‑up.

Risk Appetite Management

• Help define how much risk the company is willing to take.
• Ensure risk limits align with business goals.

Emerging Risks

• Monitor industry trends and future threats.
• Identify new risks before they become major problems.
• Coordinate impact assessments across business teams.

Risk Culture & Training

• Promote awareness of risk management across the company.
• Deliver training and educational programs.
• Encourage employees to think about risks in their daily work.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure the company follows European banking regulations.
• Support compliance with requirements from regulators such as:
• Central Bank of Ireland (CBI)
• European Banking Authority (EBA)
• European Central Bank (ECB)
• Basel Banking Frameworks

Skills & Experience Required
