Cigna Healthcare in Madrid seeks an AI Architect to drive GenAI architecture across the enterprise. You will define end-to-end GenAI solutions, collaborate with product, security, privacy, and cloud teams, and ensure secure, scalable, and responsible AI delivery.

You will translate business needs into robust AI architectures, establish standards, guide teams on prompt engineering, and oversee governance, risk, and compliance in regulated environments.

Formación

• Advanced degree in CS, AI, or related field.
• 10+ years building and architecting large-scale software or AI systems in medium-to-large enterprises.
• 5+ years of experience with AI/ML, NLP, or Generative AI.
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments (healthcare, finance, insurance).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain blueprints, reference architectures and design patterns for GenAI applications.
• Translate business and product requirements into robust AI solution architectures.
• Act as a GenAI SME advising senior leadership on AI strategy and adoption paths.
• Architect knowledge bases and RAG architectures integrating data sources.
• Establish agentic AI patterns enabling multi-step reasoning and tool usage.
• Guide teams on prompt engineering, context management, and response grounding.
• Assist in evaluating commercial LLMs and SaaS AI platforms.
• Design AI Gateway/model access layers for secure access to AI models.
