The organization is continuously transforming its business and technology environment, with Enterprise Architecture playing a key role in aligning technology capabilities with long-term business objectives. Within this context, the Enterprise & Domain Architect will be responsible for defining the architecture strategy, target architecture and transition roadmap for the Core Business & Operations area.
The role operates at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders, IT teams and other architecture functions. The focus is not only on individual solutions, but on establishing a coherent architectural direction for the domain, assessing the impact of new technologies and ensuring that its evolution remains aligned with enterprise standards, security, governance and regulatory requirements.
This is a Vice President-level position, suited to an experienced Enterprise or Domain Architect with a strong background in Finance, Risk and/or Banking, and a proven track record in technology strategy, architecture transformation and stakeholder management.
As Enterprise & Domain Architect, you will take ownership of the architectural direction for the Core Business & Operations domain. You will translate business strategy and priorities into a clear technology vision, define the target state and establish the roadmap required to move from the current landscape towards that target.
You will work across business and technology functions, providing architectural guidance on major initiatives and ensuring that individual technology decisions contribute to a consistent and sustainable architecture for the wider organization.
