Humankind Global Recruitment is seeking an IT Technical Architect in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid). The role leads architecture design across infrastructure, integrations, and security to deliver secure, scalable systems aligned with business goals.

You will shape technology strategy, govern architectural decisions, and drive modernization across an enterprise environment while collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and future growth.

Formación

• Proven experience in a Technical Architect, Solutions Architect, or Enterprise Architecture role.
• Strong background across infrastructure, systems architecture, integrations, and enterprise technologies.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of resilience, disaster recovery, performance management, and operational readiness.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and developing technical solutions that align with business goals and enterprise standards
• Defining and maintaining target-state architecture across platforms, applications, and integrations
• Reviewing and approving technical designs to ensure scalability, resilience, security, and maintainability
• Leading architectural decisions that support business growth and operational efficiency
• Designing systems with strong recovery, resilience, and business continuity capabilities
• Establishing performance standards and supporting capacity planning across critical platforms
• Creating high-level and low-level solution designs and technical documentation
• Driving automation, monitoring, and observability initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Working closely with Information Security teams to ensure solutions are secure by design
• Identifying technical risks, capability gaps, and opportunities for modernisation
• Providing technical leadership, guidance, and architectural governance across projects and initiatives
• Collaborating with IT Solutions, Service Management, Infrastructure, and Security teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support

We're looking for an experienced IT Technical Architect to join our Corporate IT function and play a key role in shaping the future of our technology landscape.

This position combines technical leadership, architecture design, and strategic planning, ensuring our platforms and services are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business objectives. You'll work across infrastructure, applications, integrations, and security, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions that support both operational excellence and future growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and developing technical solutions that align with business goals and enterprise standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a Technical Architect, Solutions Architect, or Enterprise Architecture role


• Strong background across infrastructure, systems architecture, integrations, and enterprise technologies


• Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available technology platforms


• Strong understanding of resilience, disaster recovery, performance management, and operational readiness


• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions


• Experience producing high-level and low-level design documentation


• Knowledge of automation, monitoring, and operational best practices


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills


• Ability to influence technical decisions and challenge approaches constructively


• Excellent problem-solving and structured decision-making capabilities


• Experience working within complex enterprise environments
