Job summary

Smartcat seeks an AI Strategist to design and deliver custom AI workflows and agents for strategic customers. You’ll work with executives to define value and ROI, then build and deploy AI solutions that drive adoption and business impact.

You'll join a pod with Account Executives, Technical Account Managers, and Forward Deployed Engineers, playing a pivotal role in shaping AI-driven customer outcomes and expanding strategic relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing AI, solutions, consulting, or technical role, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
• A track record of building AI-powered workflows, agents, or automations that solved real business problems.
• An AI-first way of working: real hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, Cline, or similar

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI workflows and agents for Smartcat's strategic customers, turning ambiguous problems into scalable AI solutions.
• Partner with executives and teams to define value, ROI, and success metrics across the engagement lifecycle.
• Own customer engagements end-to-end from ideation to delivery, ensuring adoption and measurable outcomes.
