Job summary

Xenon7 is seeking a high‑caliber Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) to bridge enterprise AI platforms with Finance business units for a Fortune 100 client. You will prototype, deploy, and iterate AI solutions in regulated environments to drive measurable ROI.

You will prototype tools quickly, implement robust LLM orchestration, and ensure high adoption across FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and CFO leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development and full-stack AI deployment.
• Product‑shaped builder with bias for action.
• Ability to navigate vague problems without predefined specifications.
• Outstanding ability to interface with senior business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions—from discovery with CFO stakeholders to production deployment, user adoption, and ROI measurement.
• Rapidly prototype vertical applications using Streamlit, Databricks Apps, FastAPI/Flask, or lightweight React within 1–2 weeks.
• Handle edge cases, data quirks, business rule exceptions, and user training to turn prototypes into enterprise products.
• Build production‑grade vertical AI tools leveraging Databricks Genie and construct robust RAG pipelines with vector databases and prompt evaluation harnesses.
