AudioStack is seeking a Mid-Level Implementation Manager to lead customer onboarding and technical implementations for enterprise and mid‑market clients. You will own post‑sale handover through go‑live, coordinating with Sales, Product and Operations to deliver scalable AI‑powered audio infrastructure.

Based in London or Barcelona, you will translate business needs into structured technical plans, manage stakeholders, and drive on‑time, on‑budget delivery in a fast‑growing startup, with ESOP and

Formación

• 3+ years in Implementation, Technical Account Management, Onboarding, or IT/Tech Consulting.
• Experience with B2B or enterprise clients on complex technical projects.
• Exposure to AdTech, MarTech, or Ad Operations is desirable.
• Experience managing API-based or SaaS implementations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own successful delivery of customer implementations from post-sale handover to go-live and adoption.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering).
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate business needs into structured implementation plans and scalable AI use cases.
