We are looking for a driven Enrollment Assistant – South Asia professional who will help the university attract, guide, and support students from the South Asian region throughout the entire admission and enrollment process, ensuring a high-quality and personalized experience.

This role is a freelance position.

Your Key Functions:
  • Daily Enrollment Journey Support
  • Connect with students & parents through calls and meetings
  • Offer personalized guidance throughout their enrollment journey
Application & Admission Guidance:
  • Assist students with applications and resolve enrollment issues
  • Support pre- & post-admission requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure a smooth process
Requirements:
  • Degree related to Business, Marketing, or International Relations
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and call/contact center
  • Strong oral and telephone communication skills, as well as active listening
  • Familiarity with systems (CRM) and customer relationship management practices
  • English C1
