Job summary

Kids Us Mollerussa invites applications for an Academic Coordinator to help ensure the quality and smooth running of our English-focused programme. You will support and coordinate the teaching team, oversee lesson planning and methodology, and provide constructive feedback to teachers.

You will work closely with the management team to organise timetables, trainer sessions and academic meetings, while monitoring student progress and maintaining a positive learning environment for children.

Qualifications

• Has a good level of English.
• Has experience working with children and/or in an educational environment.
• Enjoys working as part of a team and supporting others.
• Has good organisational and communication skills.
• Is proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Has an interest in teaching methodology and continuous improvement.
• Is comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supporting the teaching team on a daily basis.
• Supporting teachers with lesson planning, methodology and classroom management.
• Carrying out classroom observations and teacher audits, providing constructive feedback and follow-up.
• Ensuring that Kids Us methodology and academic standards are followed.
• Organising and coordinating academic meetings and teacher training.
• Following up on students' academic progress and helping ensure a positive learning experience.
• Supporting the management team with academic organisation, timetables and group planning.
• Helping new teachers integrate into the school and providing them with the necessary academic guidance.
• Communicating with families when academic matters require follow-up.
