Job summary

Kids&Us in Móstoles Norte is seeking an Academic Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on guiding teachers, tracking student progress, and coordinating school events to support a high-quality English program for children.

You will monitor progress, provide family updates, conduct trimester evaluations, and contribute to a collaborative educational environment. Start mid November; 39 hours per week; contract type: fixed-term or permanent.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English at C2 level.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Teaching experience is a plus but not required.
• Mandatory: Certificate of Sexual Offences with no prior record.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
• Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings).
• Conduct evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
