A leading software supplier in hospitality seeks a vibrant Customer Success Coach to work with LATAM markets from their office in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have Customer Support experience and be able to analyze customer behavior metrics. Responsibilities include training clients on ReviewPro tools, monitoring client engagement, and collaborating with teams. The position offers flexible working hours, a hybrid work model, and perks such as free coffee and fresh fruit.

Formación

  • Native level of Spanish language and fluent in English.
  • Preferably, you have experience in Customer Success role.

  • Provide training to our clients on the ReviewPro tool and best practices.
  • Monitor client engagement and happiness levels regularly.
  • Support the renewal process with Customer Success and Sales Teams.

To support our ReviewPro team in US,

we are looking fora young minded, vibrant, high-energy, proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Coach

, with experience in Customer Support and the ability to analyze customer behavior metrics to recommend key actions within their organization to increase the adoption of ReviewPro products.

This role will be covering LATAM markets from Barcelona office in the 2nd shift - from 3pm to 12am.

Provide training to our clients on the ReviewPro tool and key hospitality best practices

Constant proactive monitoring of client engagement and health / happiness levels and regular interactions with clients (phone, email, etc)

Work closely with the Customer Success Team to follow up on bugs and issues

Supporting the renewal process in collaboration with the Customer Success and Sales Teams

Native level of Spanish language and fluent in English

Preferably, you have experience in Customer Success role.
