IAG Engine Tech, headquartered in Madrid, seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive engine MRO sales and growth in the assigned portfolio. You will build and manage relationships with customers, deliver proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to close contracts.

The role emphasizes strategic selling, risk-aware proposals, and strong communication in a multinational environment. Experience in aviation MRO and engine markets is required for success.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or technical disciplines.

Responsabilidades

  • Developing sales strategies.
  • Achieving engine repair revenues in line with Business Plan targets.
  • Develop, issue and negotiate proposals, including risk assessment and coordination with internal departments.
  • Preparation of engine proposals, consolidating technical, operational and financial inputs.
  • Identify risks and calculate impact, ensuring assumptions are documented.
  • Elaboration of commercial proposals.
  • Coach departments on market and customer dynamics and represent company interests.
  • Support the development of commercial infrastructure for business success and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead customer renewal, retention and growth actions across the assigned portfolio.
  • Negotiate and conclude contracts.
  • Prepare Sales status reports.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns and coordinate with payment collection.
  • Perform handover of awarded proposals to execution teams.

Descripción del empleo

- Drive the sales activity for IAG Engine Tech focused on Engines, while also supporting parts and engine accessories.

- Deliver the assigned RfP/RfIs, Revenue and Profitability targets, identifying sales opportunities

- Develop MRO Business and relationships with new and existing customers and relevant stakeholders.

- Contribute to the further commercialization and growth of IAG Engine Tech.

Key responsibilities

- Developing of Sales strategies

- Achieving Engine repair revenues in line with Business Plan targets.

- Develop, issue and negotiate proposals, including calculation risk assessment and coordination with IAG Engine Tech internal departments

-Preparation of engine proposals, consolidating technical. operational and financial inputs

-Identify risks and calculate impact, ensuring assumptions are properly documented.

-Elaboration of Commercial Proposals

- Coach affected departments on market and customer dynamics and represent IAG ET interests in the market.

- Support the development of the commercial infrastructure required for business success and customer satisfaction.

- Lead customer renewal, retention and growth actions across the assigned portfolio.

- Negotiate and conclude contracts.

- Prepare Sales status reports.

- Identify and resolve customer concerns and collaborate with payment collection.

- Perform the hand over of awarded proposals to the execution teams

Education, skills and experience

Minimum academic qualifications:

- University Bachelor's Degree is required; Business, Engineering or Technical disciplines are preferred.

- Strong analytical capability and attention to commercial detail.

- Professional communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to align and influence stakeholders effectively.

- Ownership, initiative and responsibility in execution.

Experience:

- 5+ years experience in the aviation MRO industry with in-depth knowledge of target customer requirements and behavior

- Specific experience in the aviation engine market, specially on MRO Engine Sales activity (minimum 3 years)

Languages:

- Additional languages are an advantage

- Strong written and verbal communication in a multinational environment
