Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid) seeks an Engineering Integrated Planning Management Workload/Workforce junior. Join the Chief Engineering and Architecture Team to support workload and workforce planning across programs, with exposure to key management reports and data systems.

Responsibilities include defining tools, producing SAP reports, supporting planning exercises, and maintaining the engineering org database.

Formación

• Engineering Master degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong MS Office skills and data handling abilities.
• Autonomous and pro-active with a team spirit.
• Analytical mindset with adaptability in changing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Support in definition and implementation of Workload and Workforce tools for Engineering.
• Prepare SAP regular reports for internal management.
• Assist workload planning exercises for Engineering perimeter.
• Monitor and report on project performance and Workload vs Workforce balance.
• Maintain basic database for Engineering Organization Breakdown Structure.
