LCKY Group is seeking an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead modernisation of legacy applications and drive cloud-based transformation. You will design a scalable microservices platform, mentor engineering teams, and ensure delivery of large-scale, high-performance applications in a regulated environment.

Formación

• 15+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record modernising legacy applications in regulated environments.
• Hands-on Java development with modern frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
• Cloud transformation leadership: design and deployment of cloud-native platforms.
• Strong DevOps emphasis: CI/CD pipelines, IaC, automation.
• Experience building and mentoring teams through large-scale technical change.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the technical vision for modernising legacy systems, aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Lead design and implementation of a cloud-native microservices platform for scalable, secure operations.
• Drive cloud transformation strategy, migration, optimisation, and cost management.
• Champion DevOps best practices and observability to accelerate delivery and reliability.
• Build, lead, and mentor high-performing engineering teams across global locations.
