GMV Spain seeks an Aeronautical Engineer to implement the EGNOS V3 system and maintain EGNOS V2. You will coordinate teams, develop data-analysis scripts, and analyze GNSS performance.

We value graduates in aerospace or telecommunications with knowledge of air navigation, EGNOS/GPS architecture, and scripting in Python or Matlab. Hybrid work and relocation options are offered.

Formación

• Graduates in aerospace or telecommunications engineering with interest in GNSS.
• Knowledge of air navigation and GNSS architectures required.
• Proficiency in Python or Matlab for script development.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

We are seeking to recruit an Aeronautical Engineer to our team to carry out activities related to the implementation of the EGNOS V3 system and the maintenance of the current EGNOS V2 system. Among your various duties, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the management of the deployment of MCC and RIMS elements for the EGNOS system at airport facilities, including the coordination of multidisciplinary teams (Business Development, Operator Training, Regional Departments, etc.).
• Developing scripts for automated data analysis tailored to specific needs.
  
• Analyzing GNSS performance, identifying anomalies and tracing their origin (RCA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Supporting the preparation of technical and financial bids for contracting documents.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are seeking graduates in aerospace engineering or telecommunications engineering with an interest in and knowledge of:

• Knowledge of air navigation.
• Knowledge of EGNOS and GPS system-level architecture.
• Python, Matlab or similar for script development.
