A leading technology company in Madrid is seeking an Engagement Manager to support cloud project delivery in the energy supply chain sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and engineering, with at least five years of experience in supply chain management, excellent consulting skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. This full-time position offers opportunities for leadership and professional growth within a diverse team.
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled and versatile Engagement Manager (Energy Supply Chain Consultant) to join our team and support the solutioning and delivery of complex cloud projects that solve our customers most difficult business problems. In this role you will combine industry expertise, consulting skills and technical understanding with project management skills to deliver business value for our customers based on successful implementations of AWS-based solutions.

You will be involved with our customers from ideation and inception, ensuring we understand the business benefits through to delivery and enablement of end‑to‑end solutions and value addition. You will enhance your industry supply chain and consulting skills, with opportunities to work across all energy domains including upstream, downstream, and mid‑stream oil, renewables and alternative power generation, electricity networks and mobility.
As you progress, you’ll lead increasingly complex transformation projects, shape cross‑organizational delivery strategies and establish best practices approaches. In this role you will apply your management and leadership capabilities to successfully develop and execute project plans, proactively identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion while exceeding customer expectations.
