Job summary

Model ML is seeking an Engagement Manager to own client outcomes, translating problems into scalable AI workflows and driving adoption through governance and clear communication.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, maintain transparent dashboards, and collaborate with engineering and product to turn ROI insights into plans. Expect a fast-paced environment with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in private equity, investment banking, or tier 1 consultancies
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous client asks into scoped delivery plans and measurable outcomes
• Strong fluency with workflows, data, and failure modes (engineering credibility not required)
• Excellent operational hygiene: tracking, documentation, governance
• Clear, proactive communicator who escalates early and closes loops
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed

Responsibilities

• Turn client problems into scalable, measurable workflows.
• Maintain clean tracking across dashboards, hubs, and Notion pages.
• Surface risks early with a clear delivery plan and dependencies.
• Communicate trade-offs and blockers to client and internal teams.
• Drive adoption by building trusted, data-driven relationships and ROI insights.
