T-Care Srls is seeking freelance Registered Nurses based in or near Albacete and Alicante to support a Phase 3 open-label extension trial sponsored by Janssen Research & Development. This role involves on-site and home-visit nursing for adults with generalized Myasthenia Gravis.

You'll perform weekly visits, conduct vital signs, administer subcutaneous investigational product, manage documentation, and coordinate with patients and clinical staff.

Formación

• Must hold a Nursing degree and active license to practice in Spain.
• Experience with basic and advanced nursing procedures.
• Strong autonomy, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
• Fluent Spanish; English knowledge desirable for coordination.
• Home care or clinical trials experience preferred.

Role Overview & Clinical Trial Details

We are recruiting freelance Registered Nurses based in or near Albacete and Alicante to support an ongoing Phase 3 clinical trial sponsored by Janssen Research & Development (Johnson & Johnson). The trial evaluates a subcutaneous (SC) treatment for adults with generalized Myasthenia Gravis (gMG) during the Open Label Extension (OLE) period.

Key Responsibilities & Schedule:

• Visit Frequency: Weekly home visits from Week 9 to Week 108. Flexible scheduling: nurses and patients coordinate convenient dates/times within a 7-day window.
• Visit Duration: Approx. 1.5 hours per visit (plus a 30-minute Handover Call at Week 9).
• Clinical Tasks: Patient status reviews, vital signs monitoring, physical assessments, urine pregnancy tests (every 4 weeks), preparation and administration of Subcutaneous (SC) investigational product, vial counting, post-dose observations, and adverse event reporting.
• Coordination: Maintain clinical documentation, coordinate with medical staff, and communicate effectively with patients and families.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & License: Degree in Nursing, valid active registration/license to practice nursing in Spain (Colegiado/a).
• Clinical Skills: Proven experience in basic and advanced nursing procedures (SC injections, vital signs, clinical documentation, and safety protocols).
• Key Competencies: High operational autonomy, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and active listening.
• Languages: Fluency in Spanish is required. Working knowledge of English is highly desirable to interface with our international coordination team.
• Preferred: Prior experience in home care, clinical trials, or mobile healthcare.

Project Start:

First home visits are scheduled to begin in mid-September.
