Hitachi Digital Services, LLC is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead with deep energy-industry experience to join our Cloud & Data Engineering practice. You will partner with the Account/Sales team to shape opportunities and own the technical delivery from architecture to go-live.

Lead cross-functional delivery teams across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevSecOps, and data engineering, aligning with energy sector standards such as SCADA/ADMS.

Formación

• 8+ years in technical delivery or architecture roles with 4+ years in energy industry.
• Proven pre-sales involvement: scoping, proposals, solution estimation.
• Leading complex multi-workstream delivery across cloud, app, DevSecOps and data.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and IaC, CI/CD, DevSecOps.
• Knowledge of data engineering concepts and energy systems (SCADA/ADMS).
• Familiarity with energy platform ecosystems and enterprise architecture patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of won opportunities from sales to execution.
• Define solution architecture and delivery approach across multiple workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams to plan, execute and deliver projects on time.
• Manage delivery risk, scope, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure solutions align with energy-industry standards and integration practices.
• Serve as primary technical contact and handle escalations and change requests.
• Assist in defining operating models for Managed Services when needed.
