Job summary

EVEREC is seeking two Tender & Estimating Engineers to strengthen its Estimating and Technical Office in Spain. You will support technical and commercial tender preparation for electrical infrastructure projects, analysing requirements, compiling cost estimates and delivering competitive technical solutions.

The role offers hybrid/remote working options in Spain (Madrid or Catalonia) with Monday–Friday work weeks, and a strong emphasis on collaboration with Procurement and Project Delivery

Qualifications

Experience in estimating, tendering or cost preparation.
Degree or technical qualification in Electrical/Industrial/Civil engineering or related.
Experience using Presto and basic Excel.

Responsibilities

Prepare budgets and cost estimates using Presto.
Review project specifications, measurements and technical documentation.
Prepare tenders and technical-commercial proposals.
Produce technical reports and supporting documentation.
Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Review and interpret engineering drawings.
Develop technical alternatives and value-engineering solutions.
Identify opportunities to optimise project costs.
Maintain pricing databases.
Support the Head of Estimating.
Collaborate with Procurement and Project Delivery teams.
