Empresa Confidencial is seeking an experienced IT professional to support the Client Encryption Program built on Thales CTM and Luna HSM technologies. The role covers BAU operations and program-level activities, including onboarding encryption use cases and platform monitoring.

Key requirements include a minimum of five years in a technical domain and a high level of English. The position offers hybrid work and a competitive salary depending on experience.

Service Context:

This mission covers both BAU operational activities and program-level support within the Client Encryption Program, based on Thales CipherTrust Security Manager (CTM) and Luna HSM technology.

Scope of Services (but not limited to):

• Support definition, study and deployment of possible new use cases/features in the Encryption CTM platform such as DKE or Confidential Computing


• Support migration of Encryption use cases (agent-based or agentless) between different platforms


• Manage new use cases or integrations with client products/tools including: Privileged Account Management, SIEM, Patching, Virtual Hosts Console, etc.


• Support technical sessions for execution plan definition or troubleshooting


• Identify possible blocking points or incompatible/risky topics and propose remediation/mitigation solutions


• Onboarding of new encryption applications based on client Encryption service constraints


• Run the platform in terms of performance, resilience, quality and SLA


• Recertify offered use cases


• Monitor the Encryption platform regularly and remediate issues, incidents or problems


• Manage new requests from application owners to onboard Encryption use cases

Service Deliverables (but not limited to)

• Operate with standard tools required for daily activities: SILA, Change Management process, Incident and Request management tool, CMDB, CTM reports, etc.


• All activities conducted in alignment with Security policies and practices, including security feedback and remediation actions (e.g. during Pentest campaigns)
