Amaris Consulting is seeking an Encryption Platform Engineer to join our Encryption Program, focusing on Thales CipherTrust CTM and Luna HSM. You will participate in kickoff and project follow-ups within an international team, shaping secure enterprise encryption services and supporting BAU operations.

The role requires solid IT background, 3+ years in security or systems, strong OS and database experience, ITIL familiarity, and fluent English.

• Solid IT background with enterprise IT ecosystem understanding.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant technical domain (systems, security, infrastructure, or DBA).
• Hands-on experience with Databases/DBA (administration, performance, security).
• Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux/Windows server).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request).
• Experience with security solutions or encryption platforms (KMS, HSM).
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose remediation.
• Experience in monitoring and resilience of critical platforms.
• Professional proficiency in English; other European languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan kickoff and follow up on encryption projects within an international team.
• Provide BAU operations and program-level support for the Encryption Program (Thales CipherTrust CTM and Luna HSM).
• Define, study, and deploy new encryption use cases and features on the CTM platform (e.g., DKE, Confidential Computing).
• Drive migration of encryption use cases between platforms and onboarding of new encryption applications.
• Interact with application owners and technical stakeholders to resolve issues and align with security policies.
• Monitor platform performance, resilience, and SLA adherence; remediate incidents.
• Collaborate in technical sessions to define execution plans and mitigation strategies.
• Prioritize new requests and manage integrations with tools like Privileged Access Management, SIEM, and CMDB.

• Contribute to both BAU operations and program-level support within an enterprise Encryption Program based on Thales CipherTrust Security Manager (CTM) and Luna HSM
• Support the definition, study, and deployment of new use cases and features on the Encryption CTM platform (e.g. DKE, Confidential Computing)
• Drive the migration of encryption use cases (agent-based or agentless) between different platforms
• Manage new use cases and integrations with products/tools such as Privileged Account Management, SIEM, Patching tools, Virtual Hosts Console, etc.
• Participate in technical sessions to define execution plans and troubleshoot complex issues
• Identify potential blocking points, incompatibilities, or risks and propose remediation/mitigation solutions
• Onboard new encryption applications in line with Encryption service constraints and standards
• Ensure the platform runs with the expected performance, resilience, quality, and SLA
• Recertify offered encryption use cases and maintain their compliance
• Monitor the Encryption platform regularly and remediate issues, incidents, or problems
• Manage and prioritize new requests from application owners to onboard encryption use cases
• Operate daily using standard tools: SILA, Change Management tools, Incident & Request management tools, CMDB, CTM reports, etc.
• Ensure all activities are aligned with Security policies and practices, including handling security feedback and remediation actions (e.g. during Pentest campaigns)
