A consulting firm in Madrid is seeking an Employment & Social Inclusion Specialist for a 15-month project starting December 1, 2025. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, significant experience in microfinance and social-impact instruments, and fluency in English and Spanish. This role supports EU funding projects and focuses on social economy networks.

Formación

  • Master's degree or higher required.
  • At least 8 years of experience with microfinance and social-impact instruments.
  • Familiarity with social economy networks and impact measurement is necessary.
  • Prior experience with ESF or EASI is beneficial.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the preparation of proposal for the EIB project : ESF+ ERDF EU wide market assessment studies for the 2028+ Programming Period and is searching for non-key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of the project is building on the long-standing cooperation between the EC and EIB, and the vast experience accumulated in the context of fi-compass on the implementation of FIs, the present assignment aims at providing support to the 27 EU MS and relevant MAs in the justification and design of FIs to be financed by EU funding instruments under shared management in the 2028+ programming period.

Start date : 1 December 2025.

Duration : 15 months

Requirements
  • Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher,
  • ≥ 8 years with microfinance and social‑impact instruments.
  • Familiarity with social economy networks and impact measurement.
  • Prior ESF or EASI experience.
  • Very good command of English and Spanish.
