An international consulting firm based in Spain is seeking an Employment & Social Inclusion Specialist for a project with a duration of 15 months. The role requires at least a Master's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience in microfinance and social-impact instruments. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish. NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the preparation of proposal for the EIB project : ESF+ ERDF EU wide market assessment studies for the 2028+ Programming Period and is searching for non-key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of the project is building on the long-standing cooperation between the EC and EIB, and the vast experience accumulated in the context of fi-compass on the implementation of FIs, the present assignment aims at providing support to the 27 EU MS and relevant MAs in the justification and design of FIs to be financed by EU funding instruments under shared management in the 2028+ programming period.

Start date: 1 December 2025.

Duration: 15 months

Requirements:

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher,
• ≥ 8 years with microfinance and social-impact instruments.
• Familiarity with social economy networks and impact measurement.
• Prior ESF or EASI experience.
• Very good command of English and Spanish.
