As an Account Executive at Databricks you come with relevant experience selling to Mid-market and Digital Native accounts in Madrid. You are a hunter with superb prospecting skills and passion for acquiring new logos. Your informed point of view on Big Data and Advanced Analytics will guide your successful sales strategy together with our teams and partners allowing you to provide value to our biggest and most valued customers. Along with the chance to close exciting deals we also offer accelerators above 100% quota accomplishment.

Impact you will have
  • Assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy
  • Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets
  • Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to existing customers
  • Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for customers
  • Promote Databricks enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers
  • Prioritize opportunities and applying appropriate resources
  • Build a plan for success internally at Databricks and externally with your accounts.
What we look for
  • 3-5 years of closing experience selling SaaS / Cloud or Big Data solutions to Mid Market Customers in Spain. (Digital Native experience is highly desirable)
  • Solution and business-outcomes focused sales approach (Command of the Message MEDDPIC Challenger Sale)
  • Ability to simply articulate intricate cloud & big data technologies and their business value for the customer
  • Experience exceeding sales targets / quotas
  • Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
