Medline Industries, Inc. is building a new Pricing organization in the Iberia region and Italy. The Pricing Manager will help establish pricing excellence, support commercial decision-making, and drive profitable growth within a fast-moving international environment.

You will lead pricing initiatives, analyze profitability, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to optimize outcomes in Iberia and Italy from Madrid.

Formación

• 3–5 years of pricing, commercial excellence, sales operations or analytics experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pricing initiatives and support strategic negotiations.
• Implement annual price increases and pricing initiatives.
• Provide pricing and deal guidance for tenders, quotations, and strategic negotiations.
