Sika, a specialty chemicals company, seeks an EMEA Microsoft Power Apps Lead to build and lead the regional Power Apps Center of Excellence. You will design scalable no-code solutions, set standards, and partner with local countries and Corporate IT to deliver regional value.

In this role you will act as regional technical lead, oversee initiatives across many countries, manage governance, and drive reuse while ensuring secure, business-focused deployments.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform.
• Strong consulting and architecture skills translating business needs into technical solutions.
• 10+ years in software development and application lifecycle management.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across countries and IT teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication with a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design fit-for-purpose Power Apps solutions scalable across the region.
• Act as regional technical lead and trusted advisor for Power Apps.
• Oversee ongoing Power Apps initiatives across EMEA and coordinate cross-country projects.
• Monitor application landscape and identify opportunities for reuse.
• Define standards, governance, and operating processes for Power Apps in the region.
• Work with local countries and regional functions to shape and implement applications.
• Coordinate with external implementation partners when regional capacity is limited.
• Ensure regional scalability and rollout potential from day one.
• Support regional demand management and lifecycle planning.
• Promote collaborative, business-oriented ways of working.
