Canadian Solar MSS IBERIA, S.L. is seeking an IT Manager EMEA to lead the regional IT function, connecting business teams with Global IT.

You will oversee Business Applications, IT Operations and Helpdesk, and manage the regional budget and key technology partners to drive digital transformation across EMEA. The role demands strong leadership, 10+ years in IT with experience in enterprise systems, and fluency in English and Spanish, with Mandarin advantageous.

Formación

15+ years in IT with enterprise applications, operations or tech management.
5+ years IT leadership in regional or multi-country environments.
Strong experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, ERP or similar systems.
Experience leading IT teams and/or Helpdesk/service delivery functions.
Proven project and vendor management experience.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft 365, networking and modern workplace technologies.

Responsabilidades

Lead the EMEA IT function and partner with business stakeholders to align technology with priorities.
Oversee SAP, Dynamics, CRM and other core applications; manage lifecycle and integration.
Direct IT Operations and Helpdesk; ensure reliable services across the region.
Drive regional IT projects from requirements to implementation.
Manage the EMEA IT budget and key vendors/service providers.
